Every order is packed and shipped from our own warehouse in Brooklyn, NY.
Orders are packed at our Brooklyn warehouse and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping, to all 50 US states. We email you a tracking number.
Return any unused item, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, we replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Yes. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are issued within 10 business days of the return arriving. We do not offer exchanges.
