These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of delawr.shop and to any purchase you make from Delawr (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Product colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Accessories shown in photos, such as adapters, bassinets or car seats, are only included if they are listed in the product description. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings when using strollers, car seats and travel systems.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment is charged when you place your order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and contact information.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics, and logos, belongs to Delawr or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment and shipping providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
