Shipping policy

Delawr ships from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York, to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount, and no shipping fees are added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. In total, most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they are placed.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally add extra days.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Damaged items

If an item arrives broken or damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
